Youth LGBT Program Evaluation and “True North” Facilitation

Facente Consulting was hired to assist the Youth Program at the SF LGBT Center in developing and refining their program outcomes and objectives, developing measurement tools and processes, and assembling a written evaluation manual for use moving forward.
